The formula on this is about a zillion times better than Cruisin'. I used base + two coats + top coat, but the polish was pretty much opaque after one coat. The color is a gorgeous deep red wine color with shimmer. Stunning color and I love it! Short & Sassy has reaffirmed my faith in Retro Diva! YAY! :-)
